Are your outfits original?

YES! All our outfits sold on reeshma.com are 100% original, we do not sell fakes or replicas.

Can I track my order?

All our UK Home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a dispatched email with a tracking link for your order. All orders will be delivered with tracking information, once we dispatch your order you will be updated with tracking information.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help but it’s worth checking a few things before getting in touch. It will take between 7 and 14 days for your order to be delivered, we will email to confirm once your order is on its way. You can check the tracking link we send in your dispatch email to view up to date tracking information. 
If you still can’t find your parcel contact our Customer Service quoting your order number.

How do I exchange something to you?

If you don’t like your order that’s fine, you can exchange your order within 2 days of receiving goods, considering items must be in its original packing and not been used, please send the goods back to us with tracking information, if goods were not sent with tracking information and if its get lost in transit Reeshma.com will not be authorised to exchange. We recommend you always obtain a “Certificate of Posting” from the post office or courier, as we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on items that get lost in transit before reaching us.

Customer service opening hours?

Our opening hours are 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and 10.00am – 6.00pm on Sunday’s and Bank Holidays. If you need to speak to us call us on +44 7423 500 888. You can email us on reeshmaclothing@gmail.com and we will respond to your query within 24 hours.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

While exchanging item all shipping charges are paid by customers, if you exchanging a product, before dispatching goods we will send you an invoice for shipment, once you paid that, we will dispatch your exchange items.

How long will it take for me to receive my exchange item?

Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within few days of receiving the goods back. You can also exchange items for a different product with the same or lower price as the original item.

Can I place an order by telephone?

Unfortunately we’re currently unable to accept telephone orders, please order online.

Can I change the delivery address?

Once a goods has been shipped to your delivery address you won’t be able to change delivery address. Reeshma.com will only ship to the pay pal address, if you wish to deliver to different address please specify us when placing an order.

Which payment method can I use?

We accept all major cards via Pay pal.
