ReturnsIf you are discontent with your order you may exchange it within 3 days of receiving it. However goods must be in original packaging, unworn with all tags on. Make sure you provide your order number and invoice number with the item when returning. Moreover, you are required to pay the shipping charges. We suggest you send the item back with tracking information since Reeshma Ltd. will not authorise reimbursement for lost goods. Stitched outfits can not be returned.
For exchanges of goods we will send you an invoice for shipment which must be paid. Once this is done we will dispatch the new item.
Reeshma Ltd. will only ship to the PayPal addresses present, if you wish for us to deliver to a different address, please let us know beforehand.
You may not change the delivery address once your order has been shipped to the address you’ve provided us before the shipping.
Order CancellationYou may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Reeshma Ltd. will refund you within the next 48hours after receiving the cancellation request.
PaymentIf you are due to a refund we will refund you the funds to the same account you have paid with.
