Please note that our emails/messages are conducted in English. 

RETURN POLICY aims for 100% customer satisfaction, however, for any reasons you decide to return an item, you must ask for a refund within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that goods must be in the original packaging, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered, and unworn with original tags on. You must provide the order number and invoice number with the item(s) when returning. Please also be aware that you are required to pay for the shipping charges. We highly advise that you send the item back with tracking information since Reeshma Limited ("we") will not authorise reimbursement for lost goods. Reeshma Limited will not authorise a refund if items are lost, stolen or arrive back damaged. Stitched outfits will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please note that all refunds will be made in the form of store credit only. 


Reeshma Limited does not offer any exchange. If discontent with an item, you can request for a refund. We will only authorise refund in the form of store credit for the value if the criteria comply with the Return and Exchange policy. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. 


You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Reeshma Limited will refund you within the next 48 hours after the cancellation request has been authorised (complying with the Return and Exchange policy).


If you are entitled to a refund, the funds will be transferred to the same account you have paid with.
